I placed an order for a garment on January 2nd, 2024. The order number is ******. It is now January 25th, 2024 and I have yet to receive my garment. I have sent numerous emails to several of the business' emails and only received a response from one email after over a week had past since sending the email stating that the employee would look into the matter which only resulted in one of my orders placed with the company finally shipped after 17 days but not this order shipping. I would like my order to be shipped or refunded.Initial Complaint

Returned items. Received a return receipt promising the full $1797. Was promised a same day electronic deposit to be on 12/18/23. Several communications back and forth later, the owner Robert G**** has changed payment promises to direct deposit, check, cash, etc, admitting to not having the money available multiple times and now trying to refuse payment. He owns a store, charges customers, accepts the returns then keeps the money and the items. Customer is now asking for the cash quickly because store owner had already acquired ownership of the items as well and is now trying to avoid paying. Customer wants a full refund as promised on the last contract receipt. The items were recorded in store by myself and associate that were all with original tags in original bags with original receipt, no damage. Items were immediately hung back on racks for resale at full price. No tags were changed after accessing in same condition as left the store originally. Owner is trying to profit twice off of the same items by selling & then asking to buy them back at full price but doesn’t pay back original customer before he resells to new customer. He is trying to keep sales money and the items. Employees stated they don’t often get large purchases and never have more than $40 in register. Customer was instructed to send owner electronic payment information, leave a copy of license and items to staff for a same day electronic transfer. After many attempts at trying to get owner to be honest with refund, he is now trying to scam with false promises of payment. Customer has receipt from 12/18/23 attached. Customer does not want promised store credit as was first promised electronic/ cash payment. Customer wishes not to support this business any longer.
