We purchased granite from Queen City Granite and Quartz. I paid 1/2 of the balance upon ordering and another quarter of the balance when they came to measure. When the installers came they cracked a piece off of the granite and glued it. They measured the other counter incorrectly and had to correct that issue. We told them that we wanted the cracked piece replaced, which they did. The area that they measured incorrectly was installed. The piece they installed does not match the rest of the counters and they did a terrible job on the seam. We did tell the owner and he came out to look at it. He assured us that it will be taken care of right after Christmas. We have called 4 times with no response. I do still owe them the remaining quarter of the payment. The owner, Duane, said to hold onto it until the job is completed. My guess is it will cost them more to replace and install the new piece than what is owed.Initial Complaint

We ordered a Quartz countertop and Duane said he would send someone to measure at 9:30 on October 17th and no one showed. We texted and called him, and he didn't respond, and he finally texted Oct 18 in the late morning and said he was sick and wanted to send someone to measure now. No one was available to be home. My husband said he would like to cancel the order and receive a refund and Duane agreed to refund our money. He said to come to his office Oct 20th late morning, and he would have a check. He texted my husband on the 20th and said he was still sick and was going to have an employee send a certified check by mail by the end of the day. We said we would prefer to come and get the check. No reply. We texted and asked if the check was mailed. No reply. We noticed that there were several complaints about this company and BBB revoked them.Initial Complaint

October 14th sold us a granite countertop and promised a November 14th delivery. November has come and went and they have totally ghosted us. No return calls, noone answers at the business and all doors locked when we went in person, yet all vehicles were parked there. We want our $5000 back!
