I booked a limo with this company. They told me to round up the down payment from $240 to $300 which I did. The guy I booked it with is the owner, Frank, and he was a bully on the phone, extremely rude and pushed me to put more down. Which I did. I should have known this was a bad idea. That left me with a balance of $616 due by the day of the ride. I called within 24 hours at 1130 am on 6.6.24 to let them know I didn't need the limo anymore. They informed me they already charged my card yesterday 6.5.24 for $616. I told them I didn't even get a receipt and did not agree to that. I have no receipt. I asked them to refund the money because I was before the 24-48 hour window and they said, "we'll call you back." They did not call me back. At four o'clock I called them back. They said "no" we will not give you the $616 and informed me that they refunded me half of the total price of $916 for a refund of $458 at 2 pm on 6.6.24. This is bad business. I should've been returned $616 because that was the balance after I put $300 down, which was nonrefundable and even more than the 240 that I had to put down, like I said, I felt bullied. So now they're saying "the whole thing is nonrefundable", and they're "doing me a favor by giving me some of the money back." I have no receipt that they charged me $616, except what my bank account shows, which I attached a screenshot. I want the full amount of $616 back because that's what we agreed to. They owe me a balance of $158.00. ($616-$458). Terrible business!Business response
