I initially signed up with realestatewealthnetwork.com because I thought I could receive additional funds via real estate. Realestatewealthnetwork.com said that the funding would be provided if I used the people that they suggested to get funds with for up to $600,000. I talked to people in 3 states: CA, IN, & UT but everyone I spoke to didn't know anything about realestatewealthnetwork.com. So, I asked to be refunded for the books & classes that I signed up for and I was refunded. But for some reason, I was charged $99.00 for the Motivated Seller Data Feed each month since April for a total of $495.00, which I would like to be refunded.Business response

******** ****** did sign up for a Program that is offered by another company on 3/1, with their offer it does include some of our services one of which is a monthly subscription to a service called the Motivated Seller Data Feed. ******** did cancel that initial program with that company on 3/4 and her money was refunded. Her services with us were also canceled at that time and her monthly subscription was closed down. On 4/5 she logged into the members area of our site and reaticated that monthly subscription all on her own. She logged in many times and used this service, we have detailed login history with IP address within our records to show this. Just like all subscriptions it will continue to bill on a monthly basis until you contact us to cancel. ******** didn't contact our office to cancel until 9/16 and we closed her subscription as requested. We absolutely have worked with every closing company that we have on our recommended list. We have provided the service to her as promised and supported her with questions and help as she contacted us. She was being billed for the monthly subscription because she reactivated it, and once she contacted us to cancel we did handled that cancelation that day. I have updated a document with screenshots showing her billing processed on 4/5, notes of contact we've had with the customer, including her cancelation request on 9/16 and the reason she gave for the cancelation, and lastly a history of her login's with IP address through April and May. She continued to be billed for June, July, and August because she never contacted our company to cancel, her billing for September declined.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I haven't used your website in months. So, I really think I should be refunded for all the charges on my account.
