Have repeatedly asked on for this business to stop sending me postcards via **** regarding buying my home. Filed a complaint 6/2024 with BBB and their response was to comply with removal of my information. Yet here we are again. They continue to harass and violate my right to privacy and disregard their own statement of removing my information. Same people Same entity not 2 months later.Business response

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention again. We sincerely apologize for the continued inconvenience and any frustration caused by receiving additional postcards after your initial request for removal.
As mentioned in our previous response, we use a third-party mailing service for our mail campaign. After receiving your initial complaint in June 2024, we promptly requested that the third-party provider remove your information from their mailing list. Unfortunately, it appears that due to an oversight, this removal may not have been fully processed in time for a subsequent mailing.
We want to assure you that we take your privacy and concerns very seriously. We have already reached out to our mailing service again to confirm that your information has been permanently removed from any future campaigns. We will monitor this closely to ensure there are no further issues.Please accept our sincerest apologies once again, and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Contacted this business numerous times to stop sending post cards and contacting me regarding buying my home. Told them repeatedly not interested. They ignore. I want my name /address/information removed from their contact lists asap. I want any third parties they associate with to remove my info as well. Easily done when business cares - this one does not.Business response
