Last year I bought a warranty through this company when I bought my truck, I did lease the truck and put a plow on the vehicle well I was leasing it, then I bought the lease out when I did purchase the truck I had leased they inspected it and sold me a extended warranty, everything seemed well until I had a issue and now they don’t want to cover the truck under the warranty, the part that broke is a turbo for the ecobost system. This part is under warranty which both **** and the dealership refuse to honor. There is 2 things I would consider, ether they fix the truck or give me the full balance I owe. I currently owe , the plow I put on is made for the ecobost motor so this should not be a issue.Business response

******* ****** bought an Extended Service Plan for a 2019 ***** with vin ***************** on 06/02/2021. The Extended Service plan was purchased without intended snowplow usage. ******* ****** purchased a plow from an aftermarket company, which upon installation, voided all current or future extended and factory coverage. The vehicle referenced above is not equipped with a snowplow prep package from the factory, meaning there is no plow of any type made for installation on this truck.On 03/17/2022, ******* ****** was refunded a total of $2460.00, the total purchase price of the extended service plan. A check was written to ******* for $971.90, and a credit of $1489.09 is sent to the lending institution with which he financed said Extended Service Plan.
