They preformed the work as requested. They have made my basement dry. I’m not sure they dug all the way down the outside wall and applied tar to help seal the foundation. The part that bothers me the most was the way and placing of the sump pump discharge. Any person with half a brain knows water will flow following the contour of the ground. You can’t pump water up hill and not expect it to flow down hill back to the basement wall. What they did was create a circle for the water to travel. (pump water out up hill let it seep back to the foundation wall only to be pumped back out). So they did not do what was needed to stop excessive water from seeping back to foundation. I now need to pay someone to change the discharge point 90 degrees so the water does not flow back to the foundation wall. Common sense was all that was needed to correct this problem. I too, have just had an run in with Don, who tried to tell me that the work Locktight Waterproofing did at my home 7 yrs ago (part of it illegal which is what I was trying to rectify) was approved to be done by the man who owned the home. (The man who owned the home had been deceased when the work was done.) Also beware of the warranty clause - they tell you about the $12.00 fee per year to hold your warranty however, they do not bill you. (convenient) you must send a check each year to uphold the warranty. It is in the contract in fine print but pretty underhanded business practice in my opinion. In any case, Don was extremely belligerent and rude and walked out (stomped was more like it) and left. - I am very disappointed in this company and please beware of all the fine print. They have an excuse for every question as their way out of a problem.Review from NICHOLAS S

A gentleman called Don who works for Locktight Waterproofing seems to think that screaming at a customer is acceptable behavior. My family followed up on a drainage issue when Don's employer said the drain needed to be cleared. Don offered no help. Instead he screamed at the property owner and was incredibly rude and dismissive. I am extremely disappointed with Locktight Waterproofing.
