1. The walls of the pool have changed color. The color was painted blue and now it has faded, and the walls look cracked.2. The automatic cover does not work. The motor does not work. Owner called the company that makes the motor, and they came and said that they would replace the motor because it's under warranty. But the company that installed it has to authorize them. We have called and emailed Prestige and Epic, and they do not respond to anything.
