On December 2, 2021 I placed an online order for **** overshoes using the Gearcor website. My credit card was charged on Dec. 3 2021. When the order was placed Gearcor's website noted that the item would be shipped on Dec 22, 2021 because it was back ordered. It is now January 14, 2022 and I have not received my order. I have also heard nothing from Gearcor about my order. Last Friday, Jan 7, I used the Gearcor online contact form to ask about my order. I have had no response, not even an acknowledgement of my contact attempt. I am filing the complaint because Gearcor is totally ignoring me even as it has my money and is unwilling to even attempt to resolve this problem.Business response

We have had several supply chain issues with **** that has caused an extensive backorder for product for our customers, along with extensive staffing issues due to Covid illnesses. We take customer service seriously and we apologize for the delay in response to Mr. ******. We sent communication to Mr. ****** via email address ****************** on January 19, 2022 indicating the **** boots he ordered are not available from the manufacturer. We have cancelled the order and refunded his credit card. The **** boots that he ordered have been replaced by the **** *** style that you can view on our website at (www.gearcor.com) if he is interested in re-ordering. We apologize for the inconvenience.
