Originally took it in for sunroof shade noise, somewhere along the way they worked on my sunroof, instead of shade noise, and they tried to charge me for it,when they had already repaired sunroof shade back in June and also a water leak, then noise couldn't be duplicated on warm days, so customer service suggested to bring back a month later when it would be colder in morning to duplicate noise, so I said fine,so November came and it was still unseasonably warm, so we pushed appointment back til December 15,on my first appointment I informed service advisor that my tail light was loose at top left,and I know that there telling me it was 2k miles out or 2 months out of warranty, but where is there customers service on an 80k truck, which I lease for three years brand new, and I just signed papers on August 26,2023,call Kitty Van Bortel, she said she would ck it out and her answer was to epoxy it,and not return my call,I am not a great texter ,so I have tried to explain this situation best I can, would do better person to person conversationBusiness response

The vehicle is out of manufacturer’s warranty by time and miles and does not qualify for warranty repair.
Ford offered Out of Warranty Repair Goodwill assistance as well as Van Bortel Ford offering Goodwill assistance towards the repair leaving a small portion of the total cost of the repair as Mr. ****’s responsibility.He has opted to not accept the Goodwill repair assistance from both Ford and Van Bortel Ford.
