Hired limo was told getting sprinter van. About 30-45 minutes before being picked up received a phone call that someone got sick in van will be sending stretch limo, that was ok. When we got to destination we got out of limo to go to bathroom came back limo gone all our food drinks and someones glasses in limo. I called was told he would look for glasses and find out why he left. Well when our ride came to pick us up we had ******** not limo we could not enjoy our food and drinks on way back since we were all crammed into suv. This is not what I paid for. The glasses were found much later maybe because I tried to dispute charge on credit card glasses magically appeared. Would just like deposit back could not enjoy limo ride we could have anyone drive us in suvBusiness response
