I have recently ordered a custom controller and after about 2 months the controller stopped working. Also with the controller I have also purchased a warranty. I have tried calling them many times and have sent multiple emails to the company and got no response at all. It’s been around a 2 months of me trying to contact them and I have yet get a single response. Now I’m starting to wonder if the warranty is fake.Business response

Additionally, we're happy to provide you with a prepaid shipping label to use when mailing the controller back. According to our records, we received an email from on on March 13th @ 10:46AM EST which was promptly responded to by our staff at 1:28PM EST. Can you kindly confirm you received that email? I received a custom **** Series 2 Elite controller as a gift this past Christmas. Within a couple of months the controller stopped working properly. I contacted Custom Controllerz and sent it in for warranty service. It has now been more than 7 months and I have not received the replacement/repaired controller. I have contacted them many times via phone and email, but they are not responding.Business response
