      I needed a new driveway, so I called S. Warren. **** showed up on time and had some very good suggestions. My neighbor across the street had their driveway done by Warren about 3 years ago, and now, 3 years later, it still looks great. That was one reason I used them. They were very good about appointments and always showed up on time. I explained to the ***** person, *****, about a problem I had with the garage floor and he adjusted the pavers so the garage doors would seal properly when closed. All in all, the job went very well and would recommend them without reservation. By the way, their price was within a couple of hundred dollars of another estimate I received. The driveway is now finished and I am extremely with the results.

      I did my driveway and not even 9 months starting to fell apart the black top start to separated and turn a pieces I start to call the company last November than they said will fix and spring start, I keep calling and just receive excuses and postpone. They dont even have a dignity to call me back . Its very upset and frustrated because I expect they do the right thing Fix my Driveway.

      I had a similar problem with my driveway as the other reviewer. ********* came out to give me an estimate and I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I was given an estimate and told I would be placed on a list. I received a call on a Wednesday that they would start in two days which didn’t really give me time to move my boat out of the driveway. No problem they said, we’ll move it. On the appointed day, the crew never showed up. I called repeatedly with no response. The following Monday, I was told that the owner was there early and determined a well had to be placed for drainage. I understand things come up so okay let’s go. I called several times and was told we had to wait until the markups from the utility company were redone. I found the blue flag on my lawn so I called the company to let them know. I was told it would be done soon. On 10/24, I called to see when we would start work and the receptionist told me the owner had been there again and determined they would not do the job. I was not given a reason and asked to have the owner or ********* call. I called again this morning and the receptionist told me she still had no idea why the job was cancelled. I would like to know if there were additional problems a new contractor needed to know about. I asked again to have someone call and have not received a response. I am absolutely beyond words. The person who recommended ****** said they are having g internal issues. I have never been treated so poorly by any business. As a business owner , I respond to complaints immediately myself. I never write negative reviews online, but I think it’s important to let people know this is apparently a pattern. I too have now wasted almost two months snd am starting over. I would encourage people to use another reputable company.

      I usually don't write letters to express my disappointment with vendors, but I feel strongly compelled to do so in this case.I called the company for an estimate on a driveway project at my home.********* came out on February 17,2022 to do the estimate. I called 24 hours later to book the project. I didn't hear from anyone at the company for a while, so I repeatedly called and finally the owner returned my calls. He told me the estimate was not correct and that ********* would call me back with the new figures. He never called. So, after waiting for a week, I called the company back again. One of the owners answered and over the phone gave me the new estimate, which of course was higher. I agreed to the new cost and told the owner to please place me on the work list. Time went by, and I called again since I did not receive a contract. Still have no contract. Yesterday, the owner showed up at my home unannounced to look at the property himself.This is one month after the original estimate. Later that afternoon, I received a call from *********. I wasn't home, so a message was left on my answering machine. The owner decided he didn't want to do the project! I called ********* back the next morning and asked him why? He apologized and told me since the property is very steep, the owner felt they might have equipment problems and he didn't want to deal with any unforeseen issues. I asked why ********* had not mentioned these issues one month prior. No answer.By cancelling my project after so much wasted time, this has caused me to start over and, of course, I'll be at the end of the worklist with the new vendor. This is very inconsiderate on S Warren's part and also shows no regard for me as a serious customer. This project is in the neighborhood of $25,000 to $30,000. Also, I trusted their word and the high BBB rating. I feel totally betrayed and disregarded. *****
