I purchased a truck from ********** truck rental after I had a billing issue and the company decided to take the truck back. The truck was painted by a company I had a contract with at the time. At the time the truck being wrapped was agreed upon by ********** and ***********. *********** failed to communicate that they would be painting the truck as well as wrapping the truck with vinyl. I became aware of the truck painting once I was at the shop of who was to paint it. While I was renting the truck there was an incident with a driver who put DEF in the diesel tank. The truck was sent to a local repair shop instead of being sent to a dealer where the warrenty on the truck could be notified. ********** paid the cost and then tried to recover the expenses through payment arrangments with myself. The truck proceeded to go down again due to the same issue but I never became aware of a bill until after I purchased the truck, in which time I was charged full retail value for the truck due to its low mileage since sitting unmoved for periods of time due to the issue. After purchasing the truck, It ran into many different issues that we couldnt diagnose by a machine. The oil was changed and the truck was checked for DOT issues but it turns out the issue with the truck stemmed from the last shop to do a repair on it. The shop was Tracey Road Equipment. The truck broke down again not even 6 months later for the 3rd time due to the same issue because the first shop didnt do a decent repair job but this time it was a mechanic tech issue. The tech didn't properly fix the equipment he worked on and it ended up causing motor issues and the truck is now at a dealer waiting to be repaired after a month of being down. Tracey originally took responsibility for their mistake but is now trying to back out after signing off on the repair and stating that we must pay the repairs ourselves. We didn't do the damage and after the third time the truck is a lemon. I need help with direction.
