My $310.00 deposit has been withheld after an event on 8/20/22. I rented the event space for a small surprise to my son. Almost 24 hours after my even I received a call about missing items. There was another event at the establishment during the call. I requested Eternity Hill to view the surveillance cameras of which was refused. I followed all rules of the contract of which is in breech. I demand the full return of my $310.00 security deposit. I have footage of the event space upon arrival and footage of the condition upon departure. The event space didn't have all described in the contract. There were a vast majority of broken tables, no folding chairs and the other chairs had an substantial amount broken as well. One of the round tables fell during my event causing my new projector light to break. I did all to resolve the issue of which has been unresolved due to the unprofessionalism of Eternity Hill.
