I booked a ride for August. My family had a medical emergency. I drove to the location to explain at time of the appt for my husband and sons appt. No one wanted to listen to my situation. I tried numerous times to call the 800# with no response day before scheduled ride and numerous days after, plus after booking the ride i tried to contact to make sure the purchase was correct with no response until few days prior to the ride. This was booked and paid for months prior. I was contacted back via email days later after the scheduled date and no one was willing to honor a refund or even a partial refund that i would've agreed to AT THE ***** Company just offered a reschedule. Our life has been beyond busy with hospice, work, etc.Business owners didn't have any compassion towards my family's situation. No contact other than emails. If business owners had proper customer service skills speaking directly to their clients would be more appropriate. Owners stated refunds are given within 24 hours of booking, otherwise lose money. Company stated that's how there system is set up, there system isn't set up to allow refunds.Life happens, unfortunate situations arise, all businesses have ability to refund. I am now seeking a FULL refund to save us all time money and efforts of going to court. Thank you.Customer response
