I ordered a Buttstock from this company for $116.84. I immediately got an auto receipt from a 3rd party company but no shipping info or follow up email. I tried emailing them with no response. I've called 3 different phone numbers associated with this company none of them work all have been disconnected. I just want to cancel this order since they don't seem to do anything but rip customers off.Initial Complaint

Ordered a part from them back in mid July or so, got an invoice immediately and was charged, but never received shipping number or delivery estimate. tried emailing them 3 times, and called and left a message and still never heard back on anything. after reading the reviews and seeing that they have a LONG history and pattern of doing this to people, maybe it's time they get a lawsuit under the federal trade commission guidelines of online commerce.Customer response

Placed an order. Two weeks later it had not been received. No shipping notification. No responses to emails or website contact form. No answer to phone. Order was charged to my account the same day it was placed. I started having fraudulent charges on my card just over a week later. Based on the common complaint of fraudulent card use this is an ongoing criminal enterprise and needs government investigation.Initial Complaint

Ordered a component from Make Group on 1/20/2023, item cost of $33.74 was billed to my credit card. I received an auto receipt same day (transaction ID **********), but have yet to receive the item. Attempted to reach the company via their website several times with no response. I have called their contact number multiple times, each time I am transferred to voicemail, but a recording states the voicemail box is full.Customer response

I placed an online order 11/21/22 and immediately received an invoice. I have not received any further communication indicating a delivery date. I have left 3 messages via email and their web site without any reply. Like many others have reported immediately after placing an order with them I started having fraudulent charges on my card.Customer response

I attempted to purchase rifle accessories for about $80 about a month ago. Immediately received a generic confirmation email with no way to track my purchase. About a week or so after that, the payment was still pending. I noticed someone was attempting to use my CC information to buy items. I locked my account and those charges were dismissed. A few days after that they attempted to purchase things online as well as attempting to buy things at a gas station. They did manage to steal $33 from me by buying something at a gas station in *******. This is absolutely a criminal enterprise and I hope the ************** attorney general will get involved. I suggest everyone whove had money stolen contact the attorney general of ********. Thoroughly disappointed in the conduct of this company. They need to be shut down as there is a history of financial theft.Customer response

They definitely have a history of folks lodging complaints, especially credit card fraud attempts related to someone attempting to purchase something from them. I have filed a complaint with my bank card company in relation to the fraudulent charges made an attempted after dealing with this company.

I purchased something from this website. It carries itself as a legit website, offering wholesale products, a log in, and etc. I received an email shortly after finishing my order and there was no tracking number, or an itemized receipt of what I purchased- it was generic. Several days have passed and I still have not received an email with a tracking number, and I paid $10+ for priority shipping, as that was the standard. The phone number on this website does not work, I have emailed several times with no response, and I have nothing. Today, I received an email from my credit card saying it was added to someone's virtual wallet; ******** Pay". After spending time on the phone with my bank, they strongly believe it was this website, Mako Group, that compromised my card. It is still pending as a transaction, and they said it makes sense, being that I rarely use my card and I own an iPhone. I would like my money back for this item, and I would love for the website to be shut down. It's sad that this is how people treat others.Customer response

On 5/25/22 I purchased 2 magazines extensions for my firearm. The credit card payment was processed immediately for the Total of $53.73. The invoice number **********, transaction ID ***********. I have not received the items and I even paid shipping. There are no contact phone numbers that work. E mail numerous times to a *************************************** a couple of times and there contact e mail. It is a joke. No answers, nothing. I personally do not understand this way of thinking. How do the live with themselves dealing like this. Thought was dealing with a reputable organization not one from a foreign county. Upsetting.Customer response

I on may 11 invoice#********** I ordered $146.45 worth of firearms accessories, immediately got an emailed receipt that did not list the purchased items. I have not received the items nor any notice off shipment.
