I signed a contract with Allphase on 10/14/2021 for cleaning and PCR treatment of the inside of our chimney, installation of a new lock top, exterior grinding and pointing, installation of rain diverter, application of water repellent and more. I believe the PCR treatment occurred in Fall of 2021 but am not 100% sure. I( was told the other steps could not occur until Spring 2022 due to covid and weather. I started contacting Allphase in April 2022 to get the work completed and was told there were delays (still) due to covid, staffing shortages etc. I have been calling every 2 weeks since then and keep getting put off. I was told the work would be done, for sure, 2 weeks ago. On August 9th (I believe) Jake - a supervisor - showed up and said he wanted to check what had and had not been done from our proposal. He promised to get back to me with a date to finish the work. As of today - August 18, 2022 I have heard nothing from him or the company. I paid a deposit of $500 on 10/14/21.
