      On 06/20 I reserved two rooms at this hotel. **** in the office was very nice and convinced me to stay here even tho my original reservation was for the other hotel. I even paid $50 more. The first day, only issues bathroom door k*** coming off and hair was found all in the tub. Called house keeping to re clean. Second day, now keep in mind my check out is for the 23rd. on the 21st **** tells me that house keeping said 3 towels were missing from our room. Not possible everything that was dirty was left to the side so the housekeeping WE ACTUALLY REQUESTED can pick them up and give new towels! I explained that and said if Im still here for two days why would I steal dirty towels (and when she came to the door one was wrapped around me) two if Im not leaving and my luggage is still in the room where would I have had the towels!!! **** said he understood because he was the one I actually requested clean towels from. While we were away housekeeping did come n clean the room, but when I went to shower i noticed we only had 2 big towels when Im in a double queen room for 4 ppl!!!!! Then One towel was soaking wet!!! Unbelievable!!! I proceeded to take the towel to the front desk to show what was left in my room and tht rude person at the desk basically said i was lying because the housekeepers had been there for yrs and wouldnt do anything like that!!! I proceeded to tell him Im giving yall over $400 and youre telling me that I walked down here at 10pm just to lie to you about towels!!!! I told him Im a manager in customer service and the last thing he should be doing we ppl that is paying to keep him employment is to call us liars!!!! As I write this, he still hasnt tried to correct this n bring new towels or anything!!! I asked for a number for corporate and/ or management higher than him and he told me to just come back in the morning!!! I WILL NEVER AGAIN VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND WILL MOST LIKELY BE SPENDING THE REST OF MY STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
