I would becareful with this company. I ordered 1 box to try the sleep stickers out but they charged me for 4. I contacted them as soon as I saw what they did and they said it was too late to cancel and that I would have to follow their return policy, I received the email that the product shipped afterwards! Needless to say I won't be ordering again. If you can't trust a company it isn't worth it!Review from Genii S

I ordered 1 box with 28 patches for $17.95 on November ****** just to try the product but I was baffled when I received my order confirmation email at around 5:43pm that I was charged for $60.91 for 4 boxes. I immediately sent them an email to cancel which was logged also at around 5:43pm on that same day. Instead of receiving an email response about my cancelled order. Ive been receiving emails about adding products on my order. On Nov 3, 2024 they sent me another email at around 5:14am with the subject: Genii - Check this before we shipped your order. Another upsell email but still no acknowledgement with my request to cancel. And then on Nov ****** at 10:09am they advised me that they cannot process my request as my products were allegedly shipped out. As per the tracking number they sent, the order was shipped out at around 4:32pm. Clearly, they disregarded and dismissed the request to cancel. Worst, they wanted me to pay for shipping fees to return the products that i dont intend to try because i have lost confidence in the integrity of this transaction. Please help me get my full refund in the amount of $60.91Review from Donna S

Not only does this product not work for sleep , but the adhesive is not easily removed for days. When I requested a refund three times via email , I have yet to receive a response. This company should not be in business and should be investigatedWellamoon Response

I ordered the patches I saw an ad on tic tok so I wanted to try them. I filled out the delivery and credit card information. The first red flag was they tried to charge me three times. The one charge went through and got a email with an old address on it not my current address. I email them from my email address and I get an email the next day saying that it shipped but I let them know that it was not the correct address. The next email stated I need to email them from my email which I did the I emailed them again and told them that the mailing address was incorrect and that I need to talk to customer service. So I asked to speak to someone I get the run around emails no actually phone number to get this corrected. It now I have to go to the post office to get them to stop the delivery and I can pick it up there. Please dont waste your time or money with a company that only wants your money and doesnt have a actual phone number to talk to not a AI computer.Wellamoon Response

I requested a refund because my physicians said not to use them. I was told I could get 50% of my money returned instantly. Next, I received an email stating that I could not receive any money back and to share the patches. Their refund policy states a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Additionally, I was overcharged ! They dont adhere to their refund policy. I have 5 packs of 28 patches that I dont want nor can use!!!Wellamoon Response

I ordered 1 box of patches for $16.95 but was charged over $100. Customer service would not answer my concerns at all. This is clearly a gimmick to get more money out of people than they spent and apparently they don’t accept returns. Stay far away from Wellamoon.Review from Dolores E

I ordered one starter order from this company. They go by the name Comfy. I ordered though a paypal account and instead of the starter order, they ended up charging me for many more patches. THe patch is hard, extremely gluey with it almost to remove residue AND GETS ON CLOTHES AND BEDDING. Old patches were great, offered 50% back. They keep charging you for items not ordered. SCAMReview from Peggy F

Today, I ordered one box of Wellamoon sleep patches and Wellamoon added 4 additional boxes to my order and instead of $26.95 plus tax Wellamoon charged my bank card $73.20. I tried to text then email and even called Wellamoon and they have refused to cancel my order.Review from Patsy R

The first time I bought them they had a very smooth soft feel. I ordered a lot more recently and they are all sticky all over the patches and inside the pack they came in. They also now feel like a piece of cardboard, really thick and very sticky. Even goo gone wouldnt get the sticky off of me. I dont like these new ones at all.
