I contacted J. B. Asphalt to put in a new driveway. Frank E*** ###-###-#### responded and presented the company business card. The driveway was installed Oct 2021. I told him that the end of the driveway needed to be level with the road. He agreed to come and tamp it down. He never showed up. Now the brand new driveway is cracking on the side, as of April, 2022. Frank agreed to seal the driveway and repair the cracks. We made two separate appointments to have this done. Both times Frank neither showed up nor did he call. Both he and the company now refuse to respond to multiple phone calls to both, and several e-mails to the company. I have the cancelled check for the original installation and an estimate, but despite multiple requests, I have not received a receipt. I have been contacting them for 9 months hoping they would resolve this. I don’t want to have to pay someone else to repair their incomplete job, but I will have to, as ice will get into the cracks and will require major repair. For this expense they should reimburse me.
