AVOID Superb Motors now named Team Auto Direct at all costs!!!!! All they want is your money!! I went in August interested in a vehicle. Everything was going well & we put down a $2,000 cash deposit for the vehicle we were very interested in for them to hold it for us since that same day we werent able to speak to the finance manager as he had to leave. When it was time to go speak to the finance manager the next few days regarding rates, they added $10,000 onto the price of the vehicle. We immediately rejected and asked for our deposit back. They said that they didnt have the deposit because it was put into their system. BS!! The finance manager said the check would take 3-5 business days. But then our salesman told us it would take **** business days. Two different answers. Its been 15 business days that have passed and I still havent received my money. We went in multiple times to get our money since no one was helping us over the phone and every time we were told a new story/lie as to why we still havent received it. If you need a refund from this place, do not call!! You will never get your money back if you think theyre going to magically answer the phone one day. Avoid even calling this place as they never answer and if they do theyre just going to say what you want to hear to get you to go in or make you think that theyre going to help you. After days went by and we still didnt get our money, we went in one last time and police had to be involved. All their ****** reviews are fake if you notice all the profile names are very similar. Purchased a car in March from ******. After they inspected it themselves they said the car was in perfect condition. After 35 days my engine light went on and I took the car to Jaguar. The car needed 12 thousand dollars in repairs which of course was no longer Superbs problem because it was after 30 days. I was told by Jaguar mechanics that the car had NEVER HAD AN OIL CHANGE IN 4 YEARS. THE OIL WAS NOW THE CONSISTENCY OF PUDDING AND IT RAN THROUGH EVERY COMPONENT OF THE ENGINE WHICH ALL NEEDED REPLACEMENTS. ALSO break pads and rotors all needed replacing along with the tires that had zero thread on them. I was told thank god I was safe and nothing happened to me while driving the car with the condition it was sold to me in.They sold me a lemon. They stopped answering my calls. And in the event that they did answer they would leave me on hold for hours at a time. I started calling from different numbers because they were screening my calls and as soon as they heard my name they would either hang up on me or place me on hold for hours. The secretary at the desk had a terrible nasty ghetto attitude. It is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. I was told I would receive my registration and plates in 3 weeks. It is now August and I still am driving with an expired registration and no plates. I have called Superb at least 1-2 times a week since March. 5 months later and now when I call they have me blocked. I have started legal proceedings. They are skeemers with zero professionalism and are selling s*** cars that look good on the outside and under the hood dont run. I am expecting my first child. They saw a pregnant woman come in looking for a family car and took complete advantage of me. They are awful people. Every last one of them. Please do Not but a car from them. They will be nice and accommodating while they take your money. And when your car falls apart they wont answer your calls.Review from Lorenzo A

I highly recommend you stay away from this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership May 6, 2023 and 13 days later I was on the side of the highway with an overheated engine. Had it towed to garage and was without a vehicle 8 days. I will list a few of the many issues; cracked water pump, brakes, rotors, tires put on incorrectly, bent camber, and leaking oil gasket. I reached out to salesman ***** and he assured me they would make it right. Needless to say I submitted the repair invoices totally just over $5,000 and now they don't answer my calls. I was on hold for 40 minutes because the manager would not pick up the phone.Review from Jazmin T

Same thing happened to me about the credit application! The young salesman that I was told by the finance manager that I was his first customer kept telling me to hold on numerous times and walking away having me there for hours for no reason, not even knowing the price of the cars when the finance manager asked, I also asked to test drive the x6 which I really came for and I ended up also being interested in the black Durango they had but told them that I did not want my credit to be ran because I was not looking to purchase. They ran my credit anyway without my consent after I left because thats when I got a notification on ALL my credit apps.. and I DID NOT sign anything at all. They do whatever they want and make it seem like theyre really trying to help you when theyre not. I kept asking the finance manager which is also new if they were going to run my credit with the bank and if it will be a hard inquiry because I stated numerous times that thats not what I wanted. And from the young boy that rushed me into filling out a credit application without even test driving the cars like I asked first, Im SUPER upset!!I dont even want to purchase any car anymore.Please do not go here unless you want to be stressed out. This is a SH*TTY dealer. Scammers, fraudulent a$s people. I wish I had read the reviews on cars.com before going to this place today.If I could give no stars I WOULD. Its all new people working there that dont know SH*T. IF YOU DONT KNOW SOMETHING, ASK!!I was told by the new kid that was ******* me to fill out the application that it would NOT affect my credit at all. Why the h*** would I want to fill out a credit application without seeing and test driving the **** cars first?!! I see they just hire anybody ??UP UNTIL NOW I AM STILL GETTING MORE AND MORE INQUIRIES ON MY CREDIT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION EVEN AFTER I JUST CALLED THEM THEYRE PLAYING AROUND WITH MY INFORMATION!! I have never had a bas experience looking for a vehicle at a car dealership EVER in my life. This place is rude customer services , unprofessional and fraud who just wanna sell you something and leave you for dead. Please avoid this place as much as possible they are the absolute worst. ****************** me into financing a vehicle i dont want then had me sign documents that i didnt know about so now im stuck with something i dont want. they wont give me back my money which is absolutely crazy. Pretty much gave me hard time for the last couple of weeks so before you waste your time and money avoid this place.Review from Kadian R

Superb motors is the WORST DEALER in ******** !!!! I purchased a ******** c300 from this dump and its the biggest mistake of my life!!! The disrespect that I encountered is beyond unacceptable and disgusting. Two day after receiving the car I realize that my brakes arent working properly so I took the car to ******** also a regular mechanic who told me I need brake, roto and some other stuff . I reached out to the dealer and no response, I drove there myself still no justice, after speaking with a manager he said he would put in a ticket for repairs which was never done. I constantly reached out to find out when they would fix the issue thats when I was told 4/28/2023 so I went to the address they gave me which was *********************************************,when I arrived there I waited almost 2 hours before anyone assisted me . I called back the manager and was told that I should wait someone will soon be there so I continue to wait , finally someone came out and ask why Im I there VERY RUDEEEEE! When I proceed on telling him why I was there he said y would they send me there he has 3 cars and he cant help me , then another guy approached me take my keys then return to tell me nothing is wrong with the car so I went back yo the dealer only for a white guy approached me refuse to I give a name said he is the owner and said I should leave his store. I called the cops but they told me its a civil matter . My car is still not fixed the over charged me , violated my consumer rights by telling adding things to my loan that I clearly stated I dont want . I feel violated as a customer/ consumer and I never experienced anything like this before. This is wrong on all levels and how can these people continue to do these things to customers??? I made a Online purchase on March 29 told car would be delivered 3 to 4 day received car April 12 it had 2 flat tires and both front rims were damaged cracked and warped car had check engine light ( thermostat) and camshaft 4 bald tires and more i paid ***** for car price inflated and warranty was no good so now they want answer or return calls.and I'm stuck with a car that don't run.Review from Johanna G

Beware of your credit information at this dealer. Worst experience you can possibly experience at at a dealer. Less than an hour after walking off without purchasing a car, but already having submitted a credit application, there were a bunch of fraudulent attempts to open credit applications at multiple places. Do yourself a favor, do not share any information with them. They are not interested in your complaints either. I called back the next day to speak to a manager and inform them that their staff stole my information, and the person answering the phone would not give me the managers name or get them on the phone.Review from Naveed S

I purchased a car from here and I cannot explain in words the lack of professionalism after. Save your time, money, and mental health and avoid at all costs. They give you the run around and do not follow up with your inquiries after sale. Talk about feeling like you got scammed. The only reason why we went here in the first place is because of the reviews. Not sure how this place received so many positive reviews, after the experience we received. Sort of similar to the guy who left a review below. Honestly, go elsewhere, you will thank me later. It's come to this point due to many inconsiderate reasons from the entire staff & how unprofessional, carelss, & unethical work training they present with lack of severe communication. They love disappearing on you. True definition of a car salesmen. This includes the uneducated financial adviser. Complete joke. Make other dealerships look bad. The only thing they're good at is losing your documents and never prioritizing the customers. The minute they sell you a vehicle. You're good as dead to them. Let me not forget to mention, they add costs on the contract & blame you for not reading it. Again, lack of professional communication on their end. It is very upsetting. Disgrace motor sport services, is comparison to a garbage truck. Disgusting to another degree. Side note, I totally agree with the previous customers review (****** *) she is on point with her complaint.
