I purchased a 2020 ***** ******* in 2021 with roughly 21k miles. Fast foward to Jan of 2024, my check engine light comes on so I bring it to Zappones. They said mis fire on cylinder number 2. I paid 800 to replace all spark plugs. Picked it up after and on my way home check engine light on. Drop it back off. After a week of tearing through the motor there was gouges and scratching on cylinder number 2. They said we need to replace your engine. 3 weeks go by engine replaced but spent a week of the 3 trying to clear out codes from the new motor. They said it's good to go. 3 days after I got my car back check engine light comes on. 5 days after I got it back the fuel line breaks off from the fuel rail on the motor during mid drive. I paid 135 dollars to get it towed through chrysler car. They get the car and they replaced the fuel line but the car was dead when they arrive the day after it was towed to fix it so it cleared out the codes. Then 2 and half months go by of my phone calls being Dodged and voicemail left unanswered. Then trying to using my AC it doesn't work. Come to find they never recharged my system after the new motor was replaced. I spend 250 dollars on a service that should have been covered under warrenty. I have been purposely ignored, lied to and forced to have repairs dont at and alternate Dodge dealership because of their lack of customer service in their service department.Initial Complaint

Purchased my truck in September of 2019 with what I thought was, and what was described to me as, an extended warranty. I had asked the woman I was dealing with what time period this warranty would be active and was told that it would be active AFTER my factory warranty had come to expiration. I asked if that meant I would be covered until roughly over 100,000 miles and was told that was correct. I then asked what type of warranty coverage I would have with what I was purchasing and was told it would be similar to the factory warranty. I received no paperwork regarding the extended warranty I purchased and just recently my truck started having transmission issues so I took it to Denooyer Chevrolet to have the work done to it under what I thought would be covered under the warranty and was told my warranty had expired at 60,000 miles. When I called the warranty company I was covered under they explained to me that this warranty was only good for 60,000 miles from 0 and was active at purchase. I bought this truck with 30,000 miles and I would have never purchased a $2,000 warranty that was going to be active along with a factory warranty and was already halfway to expiration. I was flat out lied to just for them to make a sale and when I called to talk with the general manager, Matt Zappone, I was told he would call me back and have not heard anything from them since. I know I’m not the only person they have done this to and I’m sure they have taken advantage of and lied to many more people for them to make a quick sale.Initial Complaint

I brought my 2008 ******** ******** to Zappone and had them replace AWD Module and my AWD light went back on a few month later. I brought the vehicle back to Zappone to test the AWD module to see if it was working correctly and they told it did and it was a wiring harness issue and it would cost 1300 to have the wiring harness replaced. about a year later after driving a year without AWD I decided to have ****** ******* ****** who expertise is Electrical issue to take a look at the AWD Module and the wiring harness. He tested everything and found that the AWD Module was indeed faulty and not working and the wiring harness was fine. The cost for me will be $525 to have it fixed which I am going to do with ****** ******* ******. I feel Zappone did not actually test the Module and made up some * story about the wiring harness. I feel if Zappone had any integrity and good business practices they would reimburse me $525.00 for the repair. I paid them about $350.00 for the faulty AWD Module also. I really should get $875.00 back but I will accept $525.00. I called and spoke with Service manager and he offered nothing. He gave me a half-hearted phony apology. All is documented on the Service History of my car.
