I brought my lawn mower in for a tuneup. A week and a half later yesterday 3/28/22 I was told ready for pickup. Today 3/29/22 I went to pickup mower payed the balance off. Then taken outside for demonstration of tuned up mower. Mower did not start mechanic took off the top cover there was grass leaves and dirt coving the main belt which was supposedly checked. All I said was I believe the belts are usually check with a tune up correct? 1 of the owners and mechanic both start yelling and disrespecting me. I was instantly frustrated and yelled back asking this is how u treat your customers and the owner asked me to go outside and fight. I have never been treated like this in any business before.i feel like I was taken advantage of and when I called then out on it they used violence to get me to leave. I have never once in my life complained of poor service or being disrespect in a business before. I hope I will never have to again. Please follow up with this company I am begging.
