March 2023, came across a company named Cup and Go Coffee, allegedly based out of *******, *******. We spoke with **************** by phone regarding the purchase of two coffee machines. **************** discussed the process of purchasing the coffee vending machines and that the purchase agreement would also include a location company who specializes in finding profitable locations for the vending machines. In response to our questions, **************** told us that the machines were new; that the machines brewed various types of ground coffee; that they would be provided training to set up and maintain the machines; that there was a one year warranty on the machines. **************** told us the two machines would be placed in a call-in center that is in *************, **. which employs 200 employees who work in three shifts. After we received the machines, we looked at one of them and could immediately tell the machines were very cheaply made and had a sticker in the back that stated Made in *****. . The machines were quite unsophisticated and clearly could not grind and brew whole beans as advertised they only made instant coffee. On April 17, 2023, an individual, known as ****** contacted us. He stated that he was Cup and Gos technician, and he was contacting us for training. ****** us what supplies were needed to purchase. Although **************** had told us that the supplies were included in the price they were never provided. The training was a short telephone session. Thereafter we had several questions concerning the machines. However, ****** did not respond to any of our texts and phone calls. Regarding the locations, the locating company sent us locations which were never agreed upon.None of the locations proved had the traffic that **************** said they would get. When we tried to contact **************** about this, he was unresponsive. His Fake business was set up in *****************************************************************. *********************** ***************************. LITTLE NECK, **, *****.

Date of Transaction Aug 3, 2023. This is a coffee vending business in which the owner *****************************, contract and website says he/they the relocation company will set up my machines in said location he sold me on. Said the hospital of 500 employees needed two machines by August 12 so after careful consideration made the purchase. After that it was hard to get in touch with **** and the relocation company did not contact me for 2 weeks. I was contact through email ************************** with no names. Whenever he did it was a vague note with no contact info and no response to me. The contract I signed said the relocation company would provide the location but its all been lies. They promise 60 cups a day and fresh ground beans and variety of coffees only to get cheap machines that only do one instant coffee. This could be a scam but want to give one more opportunity to put my machines in the hospital location in ********* *******. I have spoke with **** many times so he knows who I am. Thank you for your assistance!***********************
