At my first visit with a new dog groomer, I paid, in advance (I was told it was a special, as I was referred from another client) for four grooming services for my dog. When I tried to contact them to make the next appointment to use these sessions, the business was closed. The ******** page that I initially used to make the first appointment was no longer able to accept messages, the storefront was closed up and the phone number was no longer in service. I paid via ****** with my visa through my bank. My bank told me that they I would have to contact ****** and then ****** said that they do not handle customer disputes (I was told to contact the local police or the BBB). The transaction occurred on November 19, 2021. I realize this was quite some time ago, but I didn't try to make the appointment for the grooming until a couple months later and have been trying to get responses from my bank and ****** to remedy this situation.
