We were told are summer care bill would be 699 it was an extra 15 a week per kid. I have two school age kids so that's 30 extra a week. I called corporate and complain because ever since the summer camp there started my price has changed every week. I have been dealing with them since December and have had a couple bill problems but nothing like this. I let some of the other ones slide when we noticed we thought we were being overcharged and would call into corporate and nothing would get fixed. So the day that they hike the bill up to over 900.I called corporate before that and asked to speak to someone higher than the two people I've been dealing with there who have been the regional director Jen. Also the assistant director of My childtime location that my children were going to which was Janet. I told them I was going to call the news and possibly contact a lawyer because I kept calling to inquire what these extra charges on my bill were for and they never helped me not once. We did have a signed contract with them from the school year for 669 a week for three children. That same contract was supposed to stay in effect for the summer but only add an extra $30 a week. Then after I called corporate on them that's when they jacked it up to over 900 a week. With no explanation or warning just saying that they messed up on their end. Which makes no sense because corporate even told me the price I was supposed to be paying was $700. So did they they only change the price after I called corporate and said that they were scamming me and threatened to call a lawyer and the news. I think they hiked up my bill because they knew I would not be able to afford it at that much just to get me out of there because I was questioning them. I have messages straight from them saying what our bill is supposed to be. If you guys could please have someone investigate this that'd be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance I just do not want this to happen to any other family!
