CNY Commercial & Residential Construction Inc. was all around fantastic. They were professional, polite, and got my repair done without any delay. What really stood out was that they managed to handle the repair at a really reasonable cost, which was noticeably lower than what others were charging. I've got to say, CNY Commercial & Residential Construction Inc. is absolutely awesome. Mike is a real artisan. Our bathroom renovation is stunning, especially the tile work. It's like a work of art. And guess what? The project was completed right on schedule and exactly within the budget we had planned. What I really appreciate is Mike's great communication. Working with Mike and his team was a real treat. They come up with fantastic ideas, giving you a bunch of options to choose from. Plus, they're super adaptable if anything comes up. Believe me, we're definitely sticking with CNY Commercial & Residential Construction Inc. for our next projects. You guys rock! You totally went above and beyond what we expected. Oh my goodness, the job they did is absolutely mind-blowing! Our basement went from being a boring concrete space to the most epic "Man Cave" ever. Seriously, we've got a home office, a full bath, AND a bar now! It's like a dream come true! Mike isn't just a pro at what he does, he's also super chill and easy to work with. He listened to our ideas and made it happen. Quick replies and great communication all the way. If you're even thinking about renovations, CNY Commercial & Residential Construction Inc. is where it's at. We're so stoked about their work that we're already brainstorming our next project with them. No doubt about it, they're totally the best in Syracuse!Review from Connor W

I gotta say, CNY Commercial & Residential Construction rocked the metal roofing game! Their skills, professionalism, and dedication were seriously impressive. The installation was flawless, and they finished it up right on time. They kept me in the loop throughout the project, and their craftsmanship made my roof look amazing. If you need some top-notch metal roofing, I totally recommend CNY Commercial & Residential Construction. They're awesome!Review from kay c

I hired them to replace my bathroom floor. First of all, it was impossible to get someone to call you back, reached out to the receptionist (i think that was the owner's wife) a few times, no callback. Eventually, after calling almost every day, got an estimate (that was insanely high), after pointing out that, the estimate was too high they lowered it , but since I needed work done fast I agreed. I wish I haven', new floor was installed so sloppy. The floorboards were not cut properly, so now I have joints that have a separation between them and are cracking. For the money that I paid them, I will never hire them or recommend them to anyone.
