Charged me 675 stole my rear catalytic converter and my extra transmission I sent there with the carBusiness response

To whom it may concern,
We at Transmission Exchange were originally contacted by ******* ****** to install a used transmission in a 2009 ***** 3. The car was delivered to us with a used transmission in the trunk and were instructed by ******* ****** to install this transmission in the vehicle. The transmission cooler needed to be replaced as well since it had an internal leak. Before doing so we contacted ******* ****** to get permission.
All the work was completed, we then test drove the vehicle and called ******* ****** to have them pick it up. The vehicle was picked up on September 10th 2022 by Mr. ******. On Monday September 12th Mr. ****** returned in a different vehicle early in the morning and proceed to shout profanities and claims of theft at the Transmission Exchange staff. Mr. ****** said that he had sold the 2009 ***** 3 that we had worked on to the scrap yard and then left the premises without entertaining a conversation. We have never denied service to Mr. ******.
The original transmission from the vehicle is still here and we are more than happy to give it to Mr. ****** if he so chooses to come and pick it up. We here at Transmission Exchange would absolutely never remove parts from a customer’s vehicle if not instructed to do so. We take these matters very seriously and we are willing to do whatever is needed to uphold our reputation that we have been working hard to maintain for more than 60 years. Better Business Bureau:they are lying I called the cops they wouldn’t talk to me and they asked ******* ***** why I wanted the transmission the cooler was old and the rear catalytic converter was missing off the car I also came back Saturday to complain about the car not shifting or going into reverse once I seen the converter was missing I could no longer do business there I want a refund
