      I purchased from seller burning tree games on Amazon. They took the item money from my acct and created a fake **** tracking number. After over a week of no movement with in **** I contacted the seller. He claimed they dont have the item, even though the storefront says they currently have 15 in stock. He claims he refunded my money but I have yet to see it. Amazon cant do anything because its a third party seller. Upon researching seller this is his MO. He takes the money, creates a false tracking number, with no intentions of sending item.

      I made a purchase from Amazon.com and it was assigned to a 3rd party seller, Burning Tree Gaming, out of *********, **. The purchase I made was well over $100 and surprisingly, I was charged almost immediately. A shipping label had been created within hours of me making the purchase. After one week, my items did not arrive and the shipping label had not moved. It was never dropped off to any postal service. Amazon couldn't reach the seller. A simple ****** search will tell you need to know about this "business" and the current practices that it utilizes.

      7/13/23 I purchased a booster box of Digimon cards from the seller. Digimon TCG: Booster Box - BT-13 Versus Royal Knight - Preorder Ships 07-21-2023 1 $71.99 USD The email confirmation states the item would be delivered Thursday, Jul 20Friday, Jul 21.I emailed them on the 7/24 stating I had not recieved the item. Their response was Hello,I apologize but our order was delayed. Your order will ship out by the end of the week. We appreciate your patience in the matter August 3rd I emailed them stating I had not recieved the product. No response.I emailed them today, 8/7/23 and still no response.

      I purchased Folded Space Champions of Midgard and **************** Game Box Inserts from Burning Tree Gaming company via ****.com marketplace, order # ********** on May 12. After I received the product, I found out it was NOT what I need. So I returned the product. I called Burning Tree Gaming company. They confirm that they have received the returned product on May 30 and have refunded full amount $31.55 to ****.com. However, almost 2 months passed, I have not received the refund yet. Burning Tree Gaming keeps using the excuse that they have refunded to ********. So They think they do not owe any longer, and have refused to answer my phone call or voice messages. Regardless how ******* Tree handles with the agent ****.com, I have no visibility or control. As the end customer, I respectfully request a full refund $31.55 directly to me from Burning Tree Gaming. Please help me with the refund. Thanks.

      I bought a Pokemon plush as a Christmas present. I bought it on 12/12. The shipping order shows a label was made, but no progress was made on the tracking number. I tried both emailing and calling the business when the gift never arrived, but they kept telling me that the gift was on the way. Finally in January when it still had not arrived, they said they would look into it and get back to me the following day. They did not. I tried calling them multiple times and no one would pick up the phone. I would like a refund and I would like the public to be aware of their sketchy business practices. They also operate under multiple names to try to trick the general public.
