I bought Jewerly from Tilo Jewerly shop. They had differentnn by options for shipping, I chose to pay an additional $8.00 to receive my Jewerly in 2 business days. I received notice that my Jewerly will be delivered 5 business days later. This is unacceptable. I contacted them and was told that they are aware of shipping problems. I wrote a review on ****** and was told that I would have the shipping refunded, but then that was changed by the owner stating that they will try to do better. I was lied to twice by this companyBusiness response

The customer purchased **** Priority Mail Shipping and that is the way we shipped there order. Attached is a PDF copy of the Label and tracking information which shows the item was shipped on time but the delay in delivery was due to **** not delivering the package on time. We shipped the order according to the customers shipping request and the carrier delay is out of our control. Due to the holiday shopping season sometimes the shipping carrier deliver the package late and that is not our fault because we shipped the order on time. Therefore I am requesting this complaint be removed from my account.

3 different types of shipping was offered. Free shipping, 2 day shipping which I paid for and 2 day ***** shipping which was ridiculous. They knew that it would take longer because after I contacted them and complained there response was we are sorry we have been having trouble with the delivery services. If they already knew that they shouldnt offer it or put something in writing that it is not guaranteed due to the holidays. I paid extra for a service that I did not receive

The customer placed the order with **** Priority Shipping and she paid $8.00 for that service. We purchased the service she requested for her shipping preference, but the **** delivered the package later than the promised delivery date. The customer emailed us and we explained that the post office delivery is not in our control and we cannot refund the shipping charges. We offer free shipping and the customer chose this shipping preference and paid the **** fee for the service which we do not keep the money, we purchased the label for the $8.00. Since her order was right before Christmas and that is the busiest time of the year for the **** they delivered the package later than promised. This is a usual practice for **** and they will not refund the shipping charges for this shipment. We did everything correct and explain this to the customer and we request you to remove this complaint from our account.

I paid for extra shipping with this company. Dont offer the service if you dont follow through with it. It is really unacceptable to blame someone else
