Ive brought multiple bikes to this shop throughout the last 2 years roughly, and every time they would do work on the bike it seems like theres just another issue that was unrelated to the original problem whenever I got the bike back. I brought a bike back again to them for a leaking fuel line and was getting ready to unload it from the truck. I went inside to check with them first and no one was at the counter but you could hear people in the back working. I stood around inside for a little while trying to call them but with no response. So I went around to the open garage door to see if I can flag someone down with my dad. Immediately the owner came over to us and started with an attitude. We were just trying to ask questions such as what he thinks on the problem, how long it would take to get the bike back, and so on and immediately he started arguing back with us and yelling. Wouldnt answer any questions and just kept giving us attitude. Safe to say I didnt leave my bike with them and ended up just leaving. It seemed they wanted to hold onto the bike for 2 months or so until they can finally get to the issue. Regardless of all of this, I left an honest review on google just warning others that the owner may have a bit of an attitude when you talk to him. The owner responded back and basically tried to flip the blame onto us, claiming we dont know how to properly take care of the bike, that we have the issue because we didnt properly winterize it and so on. (Now this is not true, for starters the bike is kept in a garage and I do winterize it for the colder weather). Went on to reveal private information in his very public response, going on about my character as a person, claiming I have no common sense, and so on. I didnt even leave a nasty review, I said they did great work but their communication wasnt the best. All together I would just avoid this place and try to find another shop that is willing to work with you even if it costs me more money in the end.

I apologize You feel the way You do but You are misrepresenting everything right down to You coming to our garage door with Your father as He was the ONLY one present so lets begin with You not representing the truth . I apologize if You or Your father were in the front of the shop as We saw You in the truck and You never got out - Your Father who I talked with Monday did and he came to our garage and started to interrupt the Tech working on a ***************** Now - If we did such ****** work why would You continue to bring us Your repairs over a 2 Year period - Again this is You not representing properly what occurred . With regard to Your leaking fuel situation Your Father and I had a phone discussion Monday to bring Your bike in Tuesday - Unload it and one of us would look at it right away for You and if it was going to need further repair we would look into what that would be and it could be 4 to 6 weeks before completion depending on what we came up with but that was never set in stone - I was not flipping any blame back to You but I was informing You that if You did not take proper precaution to store Your Carbureted motorcycle and that is why it was leaking that would be Your Responsibility and we would not know that until we did a few tests in the shop to see what our concern would be . Your Father wanted me to leave My shop and go outside to look at Your Motorcycle while You were sitting in the cab and there is nothing I could outside in the parking lot - 100 feet away for You in Your truck especially the way You had it secured - I asked again - Though we already had a previous agreement for You to unload the bike so I could look at the machine - to unload the bike so we could look at it - I never Yelled so to say so that sure is another false representation as You were not present but I sure was frustrated at that point as I have so many things to do that I did not need to lose time trying to get the 2 of You to work with us - I feel Bad that You feel the way You do and **** You the best in Your adventures of trying to hurt Good Hard working people through false representation of what occurred . Either way this goes We are under heavy pressure to repair bikes for folks and we asked You work with us so we could figure out an easy path to resolution but You wanted it one way - Yours and were not willing to work together to get the problem resolved - The 2 of You need to bear the weight of this as much as You want me to bear .
