He installed central air in my home a few years back. Had problems with it from the time it was installed and he stopped returning our calls and never showed back up and I had two other HV** Companies come in the first one tried fixing it cost me over $1200 and still had problems. a few weeks ago Had another company come in and he figured out the problem. Said the man who installed it put in the wrong condenser that doesnt match the air handler and that is why Im having problems. Told me he would not touch it. They would have to redo the entire system and told me I should sue the Company who did the work unfortunately, I cannot afford lawyer to go to civil court. The last time the system worked it started leaking water through my ceiling into the lights in my kitchen and then blew the fuse and all the wires to the ** unit are fried. So I tried again to contact the original company and he actually picked up the phone and came over here. He said he ended up blocking my ex because he was not nice to him. I wonder why, lol. But since my ex is gone, he will take care of all the work and he will reimburse me for everything as well. He told me he would show up and he never did. He pushed it off for another 10 days and now is ignoring me as well, I hope you can help me, this is a $15,000 approximate disaster. I had to buy portable ** units as well now have leaked onto my bedroom floor and cause damage in there as well thank you so much and advance. I did pay him $6000 originally but when I had a new estimate a few years later, it is now $10,000 and that is not including the damage that was done, other ** companies coming in here and most of all and electrician to take care of all the fried wiresCustomer response
