Hi BBB team,Good day!I don't know why Linkedln corperation team banned my account with no reason, and I did nothinwith my account. Also l had fellow their requirement to upload my lD card in Linkedln app, butthey still banned my account.I think they are in a wrong corperation with my account. On march 7 2023 I order some flowers from Roger florist in for a friend of mine which came up to ***** and was supposed to be delivered it never was I emailed them with no response I even called to complain about th situation and all they do is hang up the phone on me faceInitial Complaint

I looked online found this Florist, there was no mention as to where the florist was and after paying for the flowers and no delivery I called the number a few times and it was like pulling teeth, I was told they do not deliver to the address in **. No refund or apology this is a shady businessCustomer response

I ordered flowers back on January 12th of 2023 and they never delivered the flowers, I called for weeks and they said I would receive a refund in 3 days, called again because that was a lie and then they said a week, here we are in September and nothing, everyone who they stole from should get together and do something about this bs, ???????????? this florist shopInitial Complaint

03/02/2023 and a pending amount on my bank was on 03/03/2023 for the amount of $69.53 this was a online order that i was getting a delivery of roses for my daughters birthday. i filled out my card information the note to my daughter along with my address and basic information when i finished i was imediately taken straight back to the websites home page and it only said thank you for your payment. I sereched for a order of confirmation in the website, and my email and had nothing. on 3/3/23 ihad a transtion from them that was posted on my card. i was able to talk to someone from there on the phone they said i was not in the range to be deliveried and i would recieve my refund in 10 days. well its been 6 months and i am not able to fill a claim since they arent able to be reached for me to have the company finish processing my payment or to cancel the order. i have no way of getting a refunded until something is resolved. When i call them i get hung up on.Initial Complaint

On January 16, 2023 I ordered flowers from Rogers Florist. One dozen birthday rainbow roses. With taxes and fees I was charged *****. I called later in the day to check if the roses had been delivered to be told my ordered had been cancelled because the delivery address was out of their area. I was still charged for the roses and when I called to complain, I was told it might take a few days. I called multiple times and was asked if I was sure that I checked my bank statement. To this day I still have not received a refund. I believe I fell for a fraudulent florist and they had no intention of delivering these rose at all.Initial Complaint

I placed an order (Order # ******) on January 7, 2023 by phone with Rogers Florist, LLC to purchase and deliver flowers to my wife for our Anniversary on January 9, 2023 at our residence. My account was debited $84.24 ( Immediately on January 7, 2023). I then received an email stating that my order had to be cancelled due to not being able to deliver on the specified date (January 9, 2023). I was informed that a refund would be issued to my account. I waited thirty days and no refund was provided to my account. I attempted to contact Rogers Florist, LLC by phone and was hung up on several times when I asked about my refund. I continued to call Rogers Florist,LLC once a month to inquire about my refund and was hung up on several times. On March 11, 2023, I contacted Rogers Florist, LLC and was able to speak with a person named ******* and he advised the refund was in progress and should be back in my account any day. I thanked him for his time and assistance with this matter. As of July 11, 2023, ( six months later) I have still not received a refund in the amount of the purchase to my account. It is becoming very apparent that the business Rogers Florist, LLC have no interest in correcting the issue of refunding the $84.24 that was debited from my account on January 7, 2023. Therefore, I am contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter and requesting any assistance that can be provided to address this issue with Rogers Florist, LLC. It appears that Rogers Florist, LLC is willfully and intentionally committing theft.Initial Complaint

I made an online purchase for flowers to be delivered but the order was not fulfilled and my money was never refunded. I made a prior complaint, but it is still not resolved.
