I bought a breakfast nook for my kitchen. It showed up and was missing one part we called that day. They said the piece would be delivered to you in 3 to 5 business days five days later the wrong piece showed up so Ive had a unfinished kitchen table and chairs laying in my kitchen floor for almost 2 weeks now when I called customer service they basically told me oh well, I asked for some type of discount they said the only discount that Im getting is the mailing out again beware do not buy

I assume the customer received the missing piece she needed so there is nothing more to do. We would never give a discount if the missing piece was available. I will check why she claims she got the wrong part the first time it was sent but it is possible she read the Assembly Instructions wrong to see which part she was missing. they sell products and you dont even receive all the parts. they dont answer phones or emails and the request a part on their website for missing parts keeps giving me an error message. not happy at all.Linon Home Decor Products, Inc. Response
