Update: Once I put up the negative review, this company started calling me. It was 4 days after their "no-show for my appointment". They called me about 20x and then sent someone to my home without making an appointment. I had previously told them that I work so, why would they send someone to my home? They also went to the wrong home. I finally texted them back and told them to stop harassing me and the person I was communicating with said I was "nasty". I'm nasty? Seriously? They didn't show up for an appt. They lied about calling me and I sent them my call log to prove they are liars. They left me on hold the day of the appt because they probably never intended to show up. I left a couple of messages after the no-show appt and it took them 4 days to respond, after my negative online review. Wow! Stay away from this place. They are real jerks!They used to be good but not anymore. Check their 6 - 1 star reviews on Yelp.I made an appt with them early last week and they were coming on Friday to repair my dryer. I even have an email message from them stating that they were coming on Friday. By 12 noon, I had heard nothing so, I called. I was left on hold for 15 mins and a woman finally picked up and said they would call me back. An hour later, I still had not heard from them so I called again and they were closed! I took a day off work for this nonsense!!!! They never showed up.I had also been emailing them during the week before the appointment to show them the needed part. When they didn't show up, I emailed and called them. They didn't have the decency to call me but, they did email me. They claimed they called me twice and I didn't pick up...liars! So, I sent them my call log. No call from Renah. Yet, after doing business with them for 10 years, they haven't bothered to call me and apologize for their screwup and, instead, they tried to pretend it was my fault....pathetic!

*************. Office staff unprofessional and rude. I had to call to follow up on parts and when arrived they called me while I was out of the country. When I returned I called To schedule and they gave me one date that I could not be available. As if inconvenienced them. They stated either they come thisdate or we send the part back and bill it out. I asked to speak with supervisor or owner and she refused. She continued to state Im getting this for free so I should be available. I paid for a warrantee on my appliance this is not a free service. So now my appliance is still broken and waiting to find out if I can utilize another company under the warranty as I do not feel safe utilizing a company that threatens its customers.

Prices quoted not prices charged. Company representatives are rude abd bane calling. Billing charges made up after delivery made( tried to charge me more for more for pickup of appliance after pickup and delivery was one charge verbally but more on my charge).Refused to promptly send me invoice and did not apply correct credits.**** up on me when trying to clarify charges

Renah was supposed to send a technician to my house and they never showed. They then blamed me for not emailing them the make and model, having never contacted me about the appliance and giving me their email address. they then had the gall to deny that theyneven had the ticket after acknowledging that they were supposed to send someone. **** was rude and abrasive and trash talked me before I could even say something. All I said was that I was waiting for a technician that never showed! GE must take them off their list of authorized repair services!

Two ***** technicians came to repair my ******* dishwasher, which is making a terrible screeching sound. They pulled the drawers in and out a couple of times, twiddled the water sprayer in a couple of circles and talked to one another while looking at it. Then told me my refrigerator is making the noise!!! They said they ran all the diagnostics (having done nothing of the sort) and there is nothing wrong with the dishwasher. Even tho the sound starts and stops when the dishwasher starts and stops, its my refrigerator??!! Unreal. Just received an email saying service complete. Needless to say my dishwasher is still screaming.

Renah came to my house to fix my microwave that was under warranty from Frigidaire. They unsuccessfully replaced parts but reported back to Frigidaire saying the unit was in working order. Now Im having a hard time getting a new unit from the company. Renah also scratched my kitchen cabinet while attempting to fix unit
