I hired this company to manage my AB&B in December of 2023. They were also hired to do a "deep cleaning" & shampoo the carpets at my exp. The deep cleaning was poorly done & the carpets were not shampooed, & when i advised Amy of this, Amy said she would send the cleaner back as she inspected the it, and was not satisfied either, & that she did not recall the request for shampoo and would have to check her notes on the contract that I was not given a copy of. She said she would shampoo, I'm not sure they were even though Amy said they were. They were hired to provide pictures, post on their web site, manage, clean & act as customer relations. They charged a 20% commission pulse cleaning & snow removal fees for their service. They collected all sales, fees, and taxes. They co-hosted the first rental as it was booked before I hired them and those fees were directly paid to me via AB&B but charge me for their service. They initially did what they were supposed to do for 2 months, then we noticed all of our pictures except for the 1 main were missing. When contacted, Amy said it was a website glitch & it would be fixed, it was never fixed. I was never provided the pictures. While the pictures were missing, we received no more new bookings for the next month & then Amy advised me they were no longer going to manage my property after the last booking was fulfilled. I asked for payment, an accounting & a copy of our contract & she said several times for months that she could not figure out the billing & NEVER paid me. After months of calls & texts requesting payment, where she said several times she would, she never did. She also said she sent the accounting, contract & payment in July, but it never arrived. When my wife notified her again that nothing arrived, she said she would send it out again, SHE NEVER DID! Now 8/7/24 & no payment has been received. I will be filing a sm. claims case as advised by ** **** attorney, but without an acct. I don't know the amt.Business response
