I ordered my wedding dress 9 weeks in advance from TaurbyKaurNYC and was assured it would be ready in 5 weeks. However, despite repeated promises, the store failed to deliver my dress. They continually lied, citing false reasons such as the store being closed or an oil leak in the area. I personally called every store on the block and confirmed that there was no such issue.I contacted the store daily, desperately trying to get my dress, but received no satisfactory response. The staff would appear in the morning and disappear by night, making it impossible to get any real answers. Despite multiple complaints from other customers, they continue to rebrand their store to avoid accountability.The most frustrating part was when they blamed me for the missing dress and never offered a sincere apology. They claimed that a refund through ***** takes time, but even after an unreasonable waiting period, I have yet to receive my money back. They also falsely promised to deliver my package via Uber, only to later accuse me of losing the package, which was never even sent in the first place as they provided no proof of shipment.This store's deceptive practices and blatant lies have caused me significant stress and financial loss. They should not be allowed to operate under such dishonest conditions. I strongly urge others to avoid this store and for the Better Business Bureau to take necessary action to address their fraudulent behavior.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for 3 custom lehengas and never received them. I gave a hard deadline for when I needed them by as it was a time sensitive issue but after a month of delays, decided I could not rely on this seller or wait any longer. I told her to cancel the order and provide my refund. The seller now keeps ignoring messages and is delaying providing me my refund.Customer response
