company was contacted on the recomendation of window quilts of *******..***** from Stuarts came to my house, measured and took a $1300 deposit.This was iDec 28 2021, I said that I would like these done before the winter(feb) , did not here from him.Finally in March 2022 he said he could do the job..I spent another cold winter in my home.When he arrived I realized that he and his helper had never installed these before. The measurmentswere wrong on the side rails they were not on the window moldings but way.off on the sides, ther efore the quilts were not placed properly..They can fall due to the side rails coming unhinged .they kept looking at the quilt that was done previously by another co.in another part of my house.But they could not learn from it.,this item is a very specific item, tha quilts are sealed on top bottom and sides when done properly. I did not have window stills on these windows and that should have been pointed out immediately.if they knew what they were installing .The pull cords were left full lenght and are a trip hazard, they lay down on the floor with about two feet of cord lying there, they also do not work I cannot pull the cord and have the shade stop where I want it to go.***** took another $1000, for this.He left the front door shade on my floor because he did not know how to install it.He wanted to put a 2x4 board down the side of my entranceway impeding my access to enter and exit.When i stopped the charges he then recharged my credit card $2,661.72 without my permissionCustomer response
