      Horrible leadership and employees are not provided any form of training nor work expectations. Employees travel reimbursement policy does not exist. Travel expectations are you covet all employees schduled for home visit are required to cover gas mileage from leaving afternoon home visit that *** be over 50 miles back to the main office. The company believes since employees are traveing back to the main offices after driving 50 miles are not teimbused gas nileage or for hours driving back from home visits to Parker is the responsibility of the employee to cover which is illegal for am emoyer to do to emoyees. If positions require home visits to Sufgolk County the agency will only cover one way the other way heading back to the main office is the employees resonsonabity to cover which adds up to over three hundred a month that employees are unable to be reimbursed for conducting busdiness. I was let go frommy.position for asking a question.

      DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE!!This facility is the absolute worse! Theres no communication unless you report them! The staff is rude & everyone makes excuses instead of making changes. The same garbage sat in a room all weekend. Its not worth the headache when you want your loved one to get better.

      This has been the worst experience for my wife and her mother. Her mother is there for rehab due to a hip injury and her memory is not the greatest so my wife is trying to handle everything. We both have POA and HCP. From day one the communication from this place with the exception of the speech therapist has been horrible. Nobody returns calls, you cannot get updates on her condition and the people are very rude. We are moving her to an assisted living facility and are trying to decide between two and they are telling us they do not have the time to do the paper work for two evaluations. Basically they are telling us we need to use the facility that they filled out the paper work for and we cannot change our mind. The case worker cut my wife off when she told her this was unacceptable and said "let me do my job".On top of all this her mom got Covid while she was there and finally the doctor started to call her with updates on that but nothing else.Not sure how they have an A+ rating but it should be an F for FAILURE.We have used other rehabs in the past and while none of them were perfect, they now look like 5 star rehabs compared to this place.

We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and on the professionalism of our staff we are not rude to residents or their families, even when they are difficult. We also are understandably proud of our CMS star rating, which reflects the results of government surveys of our facility as well as staffing ratios and other metrics that directly relate to the quality of the care we provide.       The reply from Parker to my review was totally inaccurate. After my review I sent an email to the *** where I called out names and all of a sudden we started receiving calls from a new case worker, doctors, etc. One person actually asked that I submit a review and email to mention that she has been responsive. The original case worker who complained and was very rude actually resigned. Strange.
