Ordered a 2024 70 OLED TV and sound system from ******* that was supposed to be delivered 4/1/2024 between 0900 ***** on *********** ************ . Found out at 13:30 it was still sitting at the airport and would not be delivered until next week. I had to take off from work to be home to accept this TV. Never received a phone call stating that they were not going to be delivering it today or any other communication until 13:30. I tried calling the supposed 24/7 help line, only for it to go to voicemail. Not helpful at all, so that is a blatant lie on their contact page. Finally contacted Associated Global Systems at ************, spoke with ******, gave her my information, she stated that my order is at the airport and the local delivery company has not picked it up and that I would have to reschedule. Informed her that I took off work today for the white glove delivery and installation. Asked for the local company information, she refused to give me that info. I requested to speak with manager, she rudely placed me on hold, ***** got on the phone stated that she is the staff supervisor gave her the run down regarding my delivery. She stated that there was a mechanical interference. When I asked what that meant and why nobody notified me prior, she spoke over me, stated that it means item is still at airport, local company has not picked it up. Requested for local company info again, she refused, stating she cannot provide me with that information. I reiterated and stated I am not able to know who will be coming to my, entering my home for delivery? She said, Thats right I cannot give you that information. I asked that she contact them to find out what the holdup was. She placed me on hold for 10 minutes, just to say they cannot deliver until next week, that this order requires two men to deliver. Asked who she spoke with, she gave me the name of ****, asked once again for their contact information so I can contact them to coordinate delivery. She refused.Initial Complaint

I ordered a rowing machine from nordictrack on 11/17/21. The item still has not arrived. After talking with nordictrack several times I have learned that they have had my item since 11/22/21 and they still have not contacted me to schedule a delivery. Both times I have spoken with nordictrack they advised me that they have opened a case with this company and that I should get a call to schedule delivery soon, but that still has not happened. They also has not replied to nordictrack. I did get the website for this comoany from nordictrack and plan on calling them myself as well.Package tracking number: *********Customer response

I purchased a ** with ************ ******* sent the ** to Associate Global Systems for delivery, the ** had a schedule Delivery date on 11/26/2021 as of today 12/6/2021 I still have not received my **, I have made numerous calls to the company asking the status only to be told its in transit and someone would be in contact with me still no one has ever called me back. I called on the following date 11/26/2021 12/03/2021 12/056/2021 12/07/2021
