Good company ,*** had other big name companies look at my problem and they never could solved it. I contacted Hollenbeck pest control, there technician ******** was excellent. As soon as I told him the problem I was having, he looked around and found the problem. Other companies Ive had couldnt find how to fix my problem.Review from Anthony F

I love this company. I have been using them for years. I live in the ****************. When I first started using them, the street had a lot of abandoned buildings. I called them in because started getting mice. They came in and put bait down that seemed to bring the mice out of their hiding spots, then they were gone! When the abandoned buildings were being rehabbed, there was talk about rats on our street. They have bait boxes under my porch and around the back of my building. The rats eat the poison and die outside somewhere. I have never encountered a rat in my house! At all! Honestly, they are a great company with great technicians and office staff.Give them a try. Working with Hollenbeck is a breath of fresh air after fighting with one of the bigger chains constantly. They're professional and great with communication. ************** ******** is also amazing and someone we trust completely. I was completely satisfied and delighted to see ******************* in my yard for another season of treatments by Hollenbeck Pest Control. He is professional and personable. At this last visit he helped me to roll a brand new hose onto the carrier. He could see I was struggling to do it by myself! That is truly service over and above his responsiblity. HOLLENBECK is great customer service with wonderful technicians. They explain everything theyre doing and they give you advice on what you should do going forward. People at this company take the time to actually talk to you and care about their customers. They are very flexible and help you with different dates if you cant make an appointment. She explained some of the business aspects and background re: Hollenbeck--a local company. ******** presents herself as: dedicated, trustworthy, and well-grounded in her profession. In summary, her vast experience helped to quash my confusion and initial uneasiness about various bugs and flying insects and their pesky habits. I did not have any nightmares that night!
