      I submitted my direct deposit information with ***** in **********, Ct., and was supposed to receive pay for 3 days, the following Friday. When I did not receive my pay, I went to my company to inquire, and discovered they had a paper check for me. Upon opening the check, I discovered they only paid me for one day. Management assured me I would receive a check for the other two days that Wednesday. I did not. I have called 5 Human Resourse Employees over 20x, and spoke with 3 floor managers, some in person, some via vm, e-mail and text. Three weeks later I have yet to receive my pay or a return call.

      I recently found out I have a filing against my UCC from last year. I was applying for a business loan when a loan officer discovered this filing. I am unaware of any outstanding debts that *** have filed anything on my UCC. I immediately called C T Corp and they gave me a number to their UCC filing ***** I then called that **** and they gave me another number to a **** that represents debtors. I spoke with them and they did confirm the file number i had against my UCC. I asked the name, amount and phone number to who the debtor was and C T Corp stated that they were representing a debtor that wanted to remain anonymous and could not give me any information. I started laughing thinking they were in a joking mood and the lady i spoke with said she was serious. She said she would send an urgent message to the debtor and they have up to, I think she said ******************************* I couldn't belive this was actually true and someone can file against me anonymously! How can anything be resolved like that. Its been about 5 business days and nobody has reached out. This doesn't make any sense and I want to dispute this filing. Why would someone want to file against my company and not want to disclose any info. No name or phone # for business or person filing? This has got to be some sort of scam or revenge to hurt my business. Im not blaming C T Corp for what people do, but they are at blame for allowing filings to be done in this strange manor. I need this resolved asap, or if I indeed owe someone, I would like info on whom or amount I owe. My business is at risk and *** collapse if the funding that is needed is not processed due to this filing. Please have a manager resolve and contact me in a timely fashion. Thank you.       Thank you for the opportunity to respond to your complaint.  We apologize for the delay as BBB logged the complaint with CT Corporation while it actually was intended for another Wolters Kluwer business called **************. 

      ************** provides a service to the secured party that protects their information from being public knowledge, and instead, lists us as the secured party. ************** did not file this lien against the listed debtor but instead, we are a servicing company that provides the software used to file liens.

      We shared this request with the secured party within one business day. We are unable to guarantee a specific response timeframe, as the response comes from the secured party directly. Note that the secured party is only required to respond to such request if it comes from the debtor. A secured party is not required to provide any information to other secured parties, interested persons or competitors.

      ************** cannot reveal the secured partys identity, terminate a UCC, nor take any action on their behalf, as we are a filing company and have no financial interest in the lien itself.

      If you do not receive a response from the secured party, you may wish to contact legal counsel. We are not attorneys and cannot advise on a specific course of action.

      I started a company in 2020 and used CT Corporation to open my company per a recommendation from the accountant I hired. Even though I shut down operations in 2021, they are still charging me operating fees and have not shut down my company in their books and are not helping me dissolve things from their side and are refusing to help me file outstanding state taxes I owe (even though they are for years in which we havent operated). Its nearly impossible to talk to anyone at the company and theyve left me high and dry and in a really tough financial situation.

      Thank you for the opportunity to review and respond to the issue.  Our records indicate that CT Corporation received a phone call from ******************************* in March 2023.  At that time LETS ******** LLC was active and in good standing in both DE and ** with CT Corporation listed as the Registered Agent.  Since the entity remained active in both states and was not dissolved or withdrawn, CT Corporation was unable to discontinue serving as the Registered Agent in ******** or Delaware.

      **************** indicated that she was working with her tax team to determine the next steps.  ******************** Representative sent a copy of the invoices and offered additional assistance after the tax team discussion was completed.  We have not received a further response from *****************

      CT Corporation can assist **************** with the following 1)CT Corporation can file formal entity cancellations or dissolution for LETS ******** LLC in ******** and Delaware; and/or 2) CT Corporation can discontinue Registered Agent representation in both states after **************** or an authorized representative (such as CT Corporation) files cancellation/dissolution paperwork with Delaware and ********.  Each option will incur a separate fee(s).

      ********* a Fiverr buyer reached me asking me help him buy stuff on taobao a Chinese shopping platform, as users in some foreign regions cannot log onto taobao. He sent me a link, its Nordstorm giftcards. He wanted giftcards worth $2000 and I bought for him and sent the card ID, he later redeemed. After the order paid and delivered, I reached Fiverr support team how long can I withdraw money I earned. They said there is a 14-day clearance time after order completed. I waited for 14 days which was April 27th, the fund was still not available for withdraw. On 29th I got message from ****** saying my orders were cancelled. The buyers account was closed and cannot be reached anymore. I reached the Fiverr support team. They told me it was a chargeback issued by the buyer. This is ridiculous. No one has ever notified me about this chargeback thing. Once the money is transferred into Fiverr as a middle man, ****** is the one who decides where the money goes. I asked them why I cannot withdraw money after 14 clearance day. They said chargeback can happen if theres dispute about delivery. I provided all the evidence, me buying the cards, sending the card ID and password to the buyer and he said it worked. I was furious about the support team and asked for help again and again. Nextday, they told me selling giftcards was against community standard. I was shocked. The 1st time I reached the support team, the 1st sentence in my request was I help the buyer buy 20 giftcards. No one said anything about this. Now you said it violated community standard and not eligible for compensation. Also, I provide service not products. You ask me to buy, I help. Thats it.I was really disappointed about Fiverrs attitude and how they deal with my issue. Theres no sellers protection at all. Everything happened now shows the buyer is a fraud and I lost all my money. ****** is not willing to do anything about this. All they did is getting away with their responsibilities completely.

      On March 20, 2023, I placed an order with INSTACART. This was my first order in some time as Instacart has been in the news lately for issues with their ordering system. However, there was a $30 discount offered and I took the plunge. The total order was bout $40. The order was submitted, and then I left leaving my wife to await the order. It never arrived. When I got home the next day, my wife informed me that not only had the order not arrived, but my credit card had been billed over $200. Upon further inspection of the receipt, I found that the shopper had added unauthorized quantities of items to my order inflating the charges. The pepperoni, the sausage, and the ginger ale as noted on the accompanying receipt were initially ordered as ONE ITEM a piece. The shoppers added 6 more to each of these items, inflating the total and then absconding with my money and probably the groceries too. This I outrageous. I have contacted Instacart several times, and they keep kicking me down the road to one CSR after another I am still out of more than $200, which by the way almost sent my account into an overdraft situation. A credit will not suffice. I want my money back.

      I fired ** Corporation's subsidiary ******* Kluwer in June of 2022. They were billing ** for services that were never used, according to their own internal review. I arranged for our accounting firm to be our business representative in *****, and they have performed admirably. CT Corporation has adopted a program of harassment, repeatedly sending invoices and now have engaged a collection person. Today I received an e-mail stating that there are additional hoops through which their policies say we must jump in order to complete the firing process. I checked with *****, and we are in compliance with its state laws. Please get ** Corporation to accept the fact that they are not going to be paid for sitting around performing no service and to stop the harassment.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      1) The ************** has informed me that ******** & **** **** does not need a registered agent for simply being an investor in the Energy Industry.

      2) The ************** has informed me that should the State need to send a certified letter that concerns ******** & **** **** it is perfectly willing to send one to our accounting firm's specified representative residing in the State.

      3) Apparently the previous management team at ******** & **** **** bought into a ** Corporation's concept where, if we were to become an Operator within the ************** we would need a registered agent.  We never moved in that direction and the previous management team kept paying off CT Corporation without taking the effort to terminate the relationship.  ******** & **** ***** relationship with the previous management team has been terminated for cause, and this is one of those contributing factors.  I realize this is me venting, but I refuse to pay for services not rendered.

      4) Back when I was talking with CT Corporation's representative in June of 2022, had she told be of the various hoops they wanted me to jump through, I would have addressed it immediately.  She did not. She did acknowledge she could find no record of their ever having to provide a service to ** and that contributed to my firing them.

      While the ************** *** have informed ************ that ******** & **** **** is not required to be registered with the Secretary of State, the entity remains registered and active.  While active, the state registration requires the listing of a registered agent. Currently CT Corporation System (AKA ** Corporation) is listed as the registered agent as evidenced by the attached image from *****.

      ** Corporation will continue to provide registered agent services, and bill for the services, until such time as CT Corporation System is removed as the registered agent from ******** & Oils registration with *****.

      There are a few options for removal of CT Corporation System as the registered agent.  We recommend you take immediate action with one of these three:  1) A representative of ******** & Oil file a change of agent with the ************** to appoint another registered agent; 2) Request ** Corporation complete the change of agent (additional administrative fee + state fees will apply); 3) Request an attorney complete the change of agent. 

      We also suggest that ******** & **** **** consult an attorney to ensure that the entity continues to operate legally within the **************.

      Log #: ********* In November of 2022 I filed a ********** small claims court lawsuit against *********** **** I served the agent for service that is listed on the ********** Secretary of state website via certified mail. The agent listed is CT CORPORATION SYSTEM. On December 4th, 2022 I read the attached letter from ******* ******. ******* ****** has purchased CT CORPORATION SYSTEM. ******* ****** is stating that CT CORPORATION SYSTEM/ ******* ****** is not the registered agent for *********** **** This is not acceptable because CT CORPORATION SYSTEM is still listed on the ********** Secretary of State business search website as the registered agent. I need ******* ****** or CT CORPORATION SYSTEM to:1. Escalate this matter to their executive department/ highest office.2. Either admit to being the registered agent for *********** **** or, in the alternative, provide me with the correct registered agent for *********** ****I prefer all contact to be via email. I have also attached some email communications with ******* ******.

      In 10/11/2022 I canceled my ticket and Priceline informed me that's been canceled, but they call me after while and also send email to me that they are Holding the money and forcing me to pay them back for something I don't have it and been canceled. I buy insurance protection ( it say in the insurance for any reason you couldn't make it we will refund it back ) for any reason could happen to me but they didn't consider it.

I just want to know the pay of and who so we can pay them who can we pay if we do not know who ? So they allow clients to file lien against businesses and homes with no papers that we even own any money . We been stock by a crazy guy got judgement who is mad trying to destroy us as he being investigated by the feds and they still allow him to file.!we need help please contact me or my wife asap as I can not deal with this and this must be stop.
