      On 3/20 I placed and order for a hoodie. I had recently moved so I updated my shipping and billing address. When the order was confirmed it indicated my former will and shipping address. I tried to contact Sweaty Betty through their bot several time with no response from the business. This morning 4/2 I received a shipping confirmation. However it is going to my former address. I tried again today to get a response without success. From several complaints I have seen, Sweaty Betty never responds. All I want is for Sweaty Betty to acknowledge my change of address and send the item I ordered sent to the correct address

      Ordered 3 items on 11/30/23 Package didnt arrive When tracked arrival date is consistently 2 days out Chat with us buttons/links on website and emails not functional After weeks of searching was able to submit a customer service message on 1/3/24 As of 1/10/24 still no response. No communication, no merchandise, nothing.

      I purchased two workout tops on December 1, 2023. They were never delivered to me and my credit card was charged $85.90. I have reached out to the company multiple times and they never respond. I just want my stuff or my money back.

      I placed an order ********** for two garments on 12/9/2022. It was never delivered. I reached out to Sweaty Betty several times and finally on 1/4/2023 replacement order #********** was placed. However Sweaty Betty made a mistake on the reorder and cancelled it. On that same day, I contacted them again and they set up second replacement order # **********. On 1/5/2023, Sweaty Betty cancelled part of the replacement order # ********** without explanation. On 1/9/2022, I received an email indicating a portion of the order #********** was delivered but I still did not receive the garment. I contacted Sweaty Betty several times but they did not respond so I disputed the charge on my credit card for the missing two garments on 1/10/2023. On 1/10/2023, Sweaty Betty acknowledged that I did not receive the order. On 1/11/2023 Sweaty Betty stated that they would refund me for both garments as soon as I withdrew the dispute with my credit card, which I did on the same day. On 1/12/2023, Sweaty Betty acknowledged that I withdrew the dispute and said they would refund me within 48 hours. Since I withdrew the charge dispute on 1/10/2023, Sweaty Betty has not followed through as promised to refund me the $150.16. Sweaty Betty has sent several contradicting emails to me regarding the refund. One email states that they already refunded me my money and instructs me to have my credit card company search for the refund via an *** number. Another email from Sweaty Betty states that my credit card company paid them for the garments but they should be able to reverse the credit (so that I can get a refund). I have confirmed with my credit card company that they are unable to see any refund from Sweaty Betty nor can they use the *** to track any refund nor can they just take the money back from Sweaty Betty as advised. I have reached out to the company repeatedly over two dozen times. So as of now, I neither have the refund or the garments that I paid for.

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by Sweaty Betty regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      On March 3, 2023 the vendor emailed me stating: "We have been communicating with our third party payment company who have confirmed there was a delay in the reversed payment reaching **, which is why were were unable to  refund this after we previously had confirmed that this had been fully returned to you.  This payment as of today is now showing as available to refund back to your original payment method, so I have refunded the full amount of $150.16 back to you, and this should be visible on your end in 2-5 working days."

      However, as of today March 20, 2023, I have still not received the refund. I have also checked with my credit card company and they also do not see any refunds from Sweaty Betty. I have reached out to this vendor twice since March 3rd and have not received any response.

      Date of transaction: 10/15/22 Amount paid: $387.96 Order #: ********** I ordered 8 items of clothing. When I received the package in the mail (addressed to me), it contained someone else's order entirely. I contacted support immediately on 10/20, which is only an email address (no phone numbers provided), got an automated response that someone should be in touch shortly. Four days later, someone contacted me about the situation. Took them a further day or so to tell me my options on what I want to do. I reply immediately that I'd like them to resend my items. Then I have not heard a word since (6 days). I don't know if they fulfilled the order (I have not received anything), I have not gotten a response via email. There is no tracking #, no way to contact them besides this method of one-way communication. I order # I have is now invalid because it shows that my (wrong) package was delivered. I have never had this kind of experience with online shopping.I asked them to refill my original order but at this point, I'd rather get a full refund instead. I don't want their clothes anymore. Also, what do I do with this girl's clothes? I have no idea and I do not want to keep it.
