Hi, I'd rented a car from Prestige Car Rental on Friday, Oct 22 (Confirmation no: *****************) to be scheduled for pick-up on Oct 23. Unfortunately, on the evening of Oct 22, I sprained my foot and was no longer able to pick up the vehicle. I reached out immediately via phone to let them know of my cancellation. As they were not available via phone since the office had closed, I sent an email notification of my cancellation and a request to process a refund. Since then, I've reached out at least 6 times through a variety of mediums to process this refund, as the contract I signed does not list anywhere that this deposit is non-refundable. Prestige has not returned my calls, or followed up with me to resolve this situation. I do not wish to receive a store credit as I would not like to spend money with this company, and would appreciate the support from BBB in resolving this situation.Customer response
