On Wednesday, August 13th, I bought your Revlon hair dye. It was Mushroom blonde (72B). I didn't even get it half way done and I began having burning and pain all over my head. I waited to see if it would stop. I ended up having to go to the urgent care here and they said I have chemical *****. I went home and got in the shower. I started having CLUMPS of hair coming out. The pain is unbearable. Please someone reach out to me so this doesn't happen to anyone else.Initial Complaint

Revlon is not only price gouging, but are manufacturing defective products. My daughter has purchased 4 pencils Color stay long wear lipliner $15,49 each ($61.96) which are defective. They are unusable. l. The tip breaks off at first use 2. The crayon falls inward making the pencil useless. I'm now looking at a brand new pencil in the package where the tip just broke off. These defects render the product costly and unusable. I would like to have a complete refund of $61.96, not in a coupon, but in a check because she nor I will no longer purchase these defective products. Price gouging plus defective products cannot be ignored by your company. I am 80 years old, and neither my daughter nor I can keep up with the way Revlon is marketing their overpriced, defective products. This product cannot be "longwear" because it breaks off the first time.Initial Complaint

My appliance that I bought has a warranty on it. I wrote to them on their business page and they asked me in detail what was wrong. I explained and they told me to give them the model number, date code, and then eventually they asked me to send them a picture of it. Then they asked me to send the appliance in to their address. I did this as instructed and dropped it off at **** I got a tracking number and everything and watched it be tracked directly to their business where they signed saying they received it. Ever since that day, in September 2023, I have not heard back from them. I wrote them and they said to give them up to 15 business days to respond. I am now here, 2 months later and they will not respond to my emails, my messages on ********* nothing. They took my appliance, and had me destroy it, and waste my time and gas to drop it off at the *** drop off site only to never hear from them again. I have attempted to reach out to them at least ten or more times and they will not answer me and let me know what is going on.Customer response

Revlon brush/dryer. 1st one caught on fire. Bought a new one. It makes crackling sounds. Called Revlon repeatedly. Followed instructions in writing. No response. Only getting a recording by phone.Customer response

I was going to use Revlon Colorstay clear enamel. There was some goop at the end of the applicator, I attempted to gently wipe it off using a paper towel to wipe against. The bristles simply and easily just came off the end of the brush. I attempted to call Revlon. There is a message on the answering system saying they were taking a company holiday on Jan 2nd, period, and then it just hangs up on you. *** now tried this twice, same result. Its now 1:34 pm on Friday December 30th, during their normal business hours, so wtf?? I will save the product and the paper towel. I want a refund or replacement, but who pays for gas, time, and hassle to go get another one? Not to mention, the answering machine or voicemail just hangs up, during their stated business hours. I bought the Revlon Brush Blow dryer August 24th and it is making a high pitched whistling sound. When I contacted Revlon they told me I needed to contact ***** of ****. After contacting ***** of **** they responded with multiple emails on what they needed in order to have my product replaced. I sent them pictures of the item and everything they asked. The final step was that I needed to cut the cord on the product and send another picture showing this was done. I explained that I did not want to leave myself with no blow dryer that I would send the broken one back when I receive the replacement. They refuse to do it that way. I do not understand how they do not stand by their products.Customer response

I bought Revlon perfume from ******* called *****. The name of the perfume is very misleading because I thought I bought a perfume by the famous singer named *****. This may seem racist to some people.Customer response

I purchased the nail polish and I used it yesterday and it spilled and when I put it on my nails it seems like it was cracked on and it doesn't last that long on my nails and there is 4 of them. They cost $30.00 dollars. We are recovering from covid and I'm on oxygen. I just want a refund or a replacement for the nail polish because there not enough nail polish in the bottle. It also doesn't stay on long it only last like 2 or 3days and it is upsetting to me. Because you pay all that money too. We are recovering from covid and I'm on oxygen. We are disabled too. We are on social security. Resolution, I like to have a refund or a replacement. Thank you.Customer response
