I hired Clickedin in November 2021 to acquire new clients through my Linkedin account for my ************************ They promised 3-7 new clients per month and offered an *** guarantee if the service is used for 12 months. I have yet to receive one genuine inquiry or appointment in over a year. I explained the unique challenges of my industry and inquired as to whether or not they've worked with other Medical Billing companies and had good results and was told yes. Roughly three months into the campaign with zero positive responses, I asked my accountant manager if she could get in touch with her colleagues who have actually had success with other billing companies in the past to gain some insight or help. That is when I found out that they do not have any other billing companies nor have they had any in the past which was a stipulation I had put forward at the very beginning. Over the course of the year, without a single appointment, the financial toll on my business has been devastating. For the $7997.00 I paid, I haven't received the $183,000 for every $5000 spent as stated on the website, nor have I achieved 3-7 new clients per month as stated in the pdf presentation. I've done everything Clickedin has asked including changing up my Linkedin profile as well as making promotional videos despite the website stating that "Clickedin drives success with both new and well-developed Linkedin profiles."My account manager agree that I've met all the stipulations and requirements laid out by Clickedin to qualify for the *** guarantee and submitted a request for a refund per my request. The company has however refused to refund the $6497(not including the $1500 for the white glove service). I am hoping you can assist in getting me a full refund as Clickedin:1. Not delivering what they say they would.2. Lying about having experience in the medical billing industry, when I made it clear it was a deal breaker. 3. Not fulfilling their offer of an *** guarantee.Customer response
