Our office recently made the switch to Sekure Payment Experts and ***** was invaluable during this process. He answered all of my questions and stayed in touch!! Called me back when he said he would, followed through on issues until they were resolved, etc. Really appreciate ******* service.

Highly unprofessional employees, to say the least. They actually do a bully like tactic to get you into going with them for your credit card processing. He threw a too good to be true proposal out, then insisted I go with them. After explaining, I wanted to look into it first, that was not a good answer for him. He called several times harassing my coworkers, to the point I told him through email to STOP calling until I could review things. After I reviewed things and was over the emails and continuous badgering, I told him I decided to not go with Sekure. He followed up with a rude email. So with this, it drove me to leaving this message on BBB.Review from Amanda C

We've used Sekure for many years. Recently, ***** at Sekure really took the time to help navigate me through some involved rate comparisons with other merchants. ******* attention to detail, promptness, patience, and ability to get me exactly the information I needed made an otherwise painful process a true pleasure. I was looking for a secure credit card merchant that will not break my bank account with fees. I have finally found the solution. Sekure Payment Expert! I have only been with them for a month now but switching over has saved me roughly $500 a month in fees. The only charges I have seen is the 3% that is passed on directly to the customer. The transition from my old ********************** service provider to Sekure was seamless, everyone I spoke with at the company was very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend Sekure to anyone and everyone that is accepting major credit cards at their place of business, game changer!Sekure Payment Experts Response

Excellet! We have been working with Sekure Payment Experts for over *** years up to date. We have absolutely no complaints about their customer service or equipment. They are prompt to solve any issues our bussiness have with their equipment or procedures and will send out replacement equipment if needed immediately. This company is predatory and obnoxious. For months they will call, sometimes daily, and ask to speak to the person in charge of our credit card payment processer. For MONTHS I have told them to send the information they are seeking in an email, yet they continue to call. We have had them hang up on us multiple times because we are not giving them what they want. It is no surprise they have had class-action lawsuits filed against them. They are harassing staff, exceptionally rude once they don't get what they want, and incessant. It is amazing they are allowed to even be in business. They continue to call from various local numbers, which cannot be called back. Do not provide this company with anything other than a dial tone.Sekure Payment Experts Response
