Bank Account ************* Customer Service_____ACTION____01) Please advise me when and how you intend to return my money.___ 02) Please escalate my file to someone that has the proper authority to review & resolve.___SUMMARY OF EVENTS____My corporate attorney set up an asset planning entity for me. As part of the package deal, they set up an online fintech checking account with Relay Financial_Thread Bank_Unit Financial.____ After the account setup was completed, I called Relay directly to review the parameters of my account. It was the first time I used a non-traditional banking arrangement. I did not want to unwittingly violate some Terms of Agreement. I was assured by the Relay phone agent that my new account had been approved with one of the highest levels of account activity they offered. I have good credit, loans with multiple banks, and have never had any banking issues so it all made sense.____ ******* my new account, I transferred a deposit from another bank account that I have had for years: 1st deposit. All seem to be working as described.____ I needed to fund a brokerage account that was having a special promotion. Following proper GAAP accounting rules, I transferred a 2nd deposit into my Relay_Thread account and then tried to transfer that money to my brokerage account. Now starts the loop of lies and deceit.____The ************* coalition emailed me that my wire was rejected from the recipient. Complete lie. I confirmed no wire was ever sent. I pointed this out to ************* and they replied by Closing My Account. Most of this was done via email because phone support is very well trained on how to ditch certain callers.____I have followed the group's Account Agreement contract by making an Informal Dispute Claim. They are completely ignoring their obligations. My next step, start the formal complaint process with the state & federal ****************************** regulators in the ****************
