I placed an order with this company for their product. They said the product was delivered. I never received it. I contacted the company to replace and refund my order. The only form of contact available is email. Company refuses to do either. Unacceptable.Initial Complaint

On 11/24/21 I ordered the 3 noodle pack from Momofuku for $35. On Dec 6, I received a message saying that the order was delivered by ****** when it was not. I reached out to Momofukus customer service email, and received and automated response. On Dec 9, Momofuku sent out a generic email to all its newsletter subscribers saying it was experiencing issues, and to reach out to customer service if issues persist. I have done that multiple times (12/9, 12/15, 12/18) with no follow up response from the company. I want a refund for a product never delivered, but have not been able to get anyone from Momofuku to respond.Customer response
